Yoga Teacher Training

For years Wendy Vigroux our lead ERYT200 instructor would interview 'new' teachers from RYT200 courses who had all the knowledge of yoga.  However they did not actually have real consequential experience of teaching.   Wendy felt a strong calling to create a program that would graduate teachers who are confident and have a degree of proficiency when teaching that would go beyond anything she had seen before from other recent trainee graduates from other schools.  The results have evoked testimonials such as : "These teachers teach as if they have been teaching for 10 years! They are amazing!" M. Gallin.

As yoga means union breath with movement, life on the yoga mat as a reflection of our lives off the yoga mat -  Wendy created a program that intertwines subjects. For example -  teach physiology at the same time as the chakras and standing poses then discuss how they all relate to each other.  Another example is instructing teaching techniques at the same time as philosophy.  This strategy was chosen to increase the retention of the material and gain a deeper understanding of how it is all connected.  Attention: the course was also created to create deep personal transformation and has for each and every graduating class.

Testimonials for our RYT200 Training

"This training has changed my life for the better of course! My love for yoga has grown tremendously and now I get to share it with the world!" Dorcie Lovinsky

"I have taken my practice it a whole new level and am greatly fulfilled." N.D.G.

"This training was life changing experience. I am amazed at how much I learned and retained.  I drastically improved my own practice and learned the tools and techniques necessary to teach yoga to others - no matter what level they are at." Ilya 2011 Graduate

Even before this program was created our lead instructor inspired her students to become teachers.  Every year, year after year some of them did.  Thanks to them, she was inspired to bring this program into reality.  Ask about the $300 work-study discount AND by reserving 6 months before a program begins there is also a $250 discount. Potential savings of $500!

If you are considering becoming a teacher ask yourself these questions:

Would you be interested in feeling so confident teaching yoga that you can start having fun?
Our 200 hour program you start teaching as of the very first class. By the time our students have completed all the class criteria they have the knowledge to safely teach a level 2/3 class as well a class for senior citizens.  All graduates, by the time they are finished with training have taught 11 classes.
Would you be interested to bring yoga to those it can help? This program has a community service course criteria

What about the spirituality of yoga? How many yoga teacher training programs only teach the physical, philosophical how about the spirituality? This is NOT religion, this is about a global, universal spirituality. A spirituality that is woven into every asana and yogic text written.. and can be applied to every day life to create more awareness and fulfillment.
